July was rather cloudy, wet ,and humid, and dominated by low pressure.

Temperature
Temperatures for July were roughly on average for the time of year. The maximum was 25.1C and the minimum was 10.0C. The overall mean temperature was 16.7C just 0.8C above average. The mean maximum was 20.5C - 1.6 Above average and the mean min was 12.9C - 0.2 below average.

Humidity
July was a rather humid month with the high humidity reading reaching 90% and above every day, because of this there was also quite alot of fog throughout the month.
The low humidity readings for each day didn't get below 51%.

Pressure
July was dominated by low pressure systems bringing in lots of cloud and rain across the country. The lowest reading was 996.2mb on 14th which bought the strong winds around the middle of the month. And the highest pressure reading was 1029.0 mb.

Wind
July was the windiest month I have recorded so far with a total 4270.3 Miles of wind passing through the station. The winiest day on the 15th when 393.6 miles of wind passed through the station, and gusts of up to 43.4 mph had been recorded (just off the stations record of 45.0 mph in March). The dominant wind direction was from the south (16 days), and for 10 days it came from the south west.

Rainfall
In total 55.8 mm of rain fell during July which is 0.1mm above the average. Which was much needed after the previous three month of below average rainfall. The wettest day was on the 1st when it rained almost all day and a total of 20.7 mm was recorded.
